Hi there!

My name is Hilary and I am the founder, health coach, and wellness educator of Rediscover Wellness, LLC. I provide tailored health coaching and wellness programs for people burdened by challenges that prevent them from reaching their optimal health. I understand how commitments to work and family can make focusing on your own health needs difficult. My job is to help you work through those challenges and figure out how you can reach your goals and still stay focused on your everyday duties. 

When you achieve what you desire, you become confident, more motivated, and happier. Stress and unhappiness is often a result of a disconnect between your values and your behavior. As our values change over time, our behaviors should too. Through our work together, you will discover your current values and learn what you need for yourself so you can act in ways that boost your energy and bring you joy.

What is a Health Coach?

A health coach is a certified professional that uses evidence-based skills and tools to empower and motivate individuals that want to make self-determined, lasting wellness changes. The health coach meets the individual where they are and provides structure, guidance, and educational offerings in a respectful and positive environment. Using appreciative techniques and motivational interviewing, the health coach works alongside the individual to bring together current strengths and past successes to make reasonable, achievable and sustainable desired health goals.
