A foundational program, designed to empower families and children to embark on a journey toward lifelong wellness.

 

Throughout this program, you and your family will acquire essential skills and practical tools to embrace healthful changes together. Discover the joy of making healthy living fun and engaging for all, while enhancing your child's brain health and behavior. 

 

This program is perfect for grandparents, too! 

 

Worksheets, recipes, and family-friendly activities are provided. Includes a total of 6 sessions. Each session is approximately 1 hour. Sessions may be purchased separately.​

Active aging for healthier living

This specialized program is designed for the 40+ community - however, adults of all ages can benefit!

 

Throughout these engaging courses, you'll learn tools and skills that can help you achieve optimal wellness as you age.

 

Discover science-backed evidence for preventing and reducing chronic disease and illness, as well as methods that can help you feel (and look!) young. 

 

Worksheets, recipes, and activities are provided. Includes a total of 4 sessions. Each session is approximately 1.5 hours. Sessions may be purchased separately.

Throughout the program, you will learn:
  • How to live without pain & inflammation

  • The types of exercises your body needs

  • 3 types of 'garbage' that build up in your body

  • Strategies to keep your brain sharp

  • Stress management

  • Meal planning skills
