Both of these programs can be tailored in time and length to suit your group's needs and include activities that promote team-building, fun, and learning.

  • The importance of carbs, proteins, and fats
  • How to read a food label
  • The affects of food on mood
  • Tips for eating on the go
  • Easy & affordable recipes that inspire

Prime Time Health

Active aging for healthier living
Strategies that support your health-- at any age!

This specialized program is designed for the 40+ community - however, adults of all ages can benefit!

 

Throughout these engaging courses, you'll learn tools and skills that can help you achieve optimal wellness as you age.*

 

Discover science-backed evidence for preventing and reducing chronic disease and illness, as well as methods that can help you feel (and look!) young. 

Throughout the program, you will learn:
